Global Ports' Moby Dik takes in new machinery

A fully-assembled Liebherr LHM 420 mobile harbour crane has been sea shipped from the manufacturer's plant in Rostock port to the Russian sea container terminal in St. Petersburg.

The new diesel-powered equipment, which can be operated either from the cabin or via remote controls, features a max lifting capacity of 120 tn (35 tn at the maximum outreach of 48 m), and can elevate handled goods at the height of 45 m.
