UCS Line has launched a single-trip import charter 180 TEU ship between ports of Rotterdam (Rhenus Terminal) and Ust-Luga (Yug-2).

On 16th of December the UCS’s vessel berthed at Yug-2 terminal, carrying 15 oversized boxes and 80 TEU with food, equipment and building materials, but no more cargo trips are planned for this year. The 2012’s schedule is yet to be approved.

UCS Line wants to come back to Port of Ust-Luga, as in the past the company made an attempt to enter Ust-Luga container market, but withdrew after five calls.
